Last month, (March) we had a book fair and the Math Team did their competition. In the Math Team meet, Plainfield Black won! There was also a community luncheon, which (sarcasm alert) is an event where old people eat stuff and get confused about the modern times.
Trimester 2 ended last month, and we are now in trimester 3.
This month, the school drama team will be performing Phantom Tollbooth. Phantom Tollbooth was originally a book about wordplay, and it has been adapted to be a play. There's more info about this in the respective block in this newsletter issue.

Student council has created a talent show! During this month, students will show off their talents and display the things they can do. You may only do one act in the entire talent show. The talent show will be during 6:00-7:30pm on the 9th. If you have signed up for an act, you may not sign up for another one.
When you sign up, make sure you're committed to your act, although you may ask someone in the front office about cancelling.

The play will take place on April 3rd at 7:00pm and April 4th at 2:00pm. Additionally, there will be a dress rehearsal for the play to be seen during school hours prior to the main performances.
